What is Arena Rewards member interface?
Arena Rewards member interface is the interface on Arena Hotels, Arena Campsites, Arena One 99 Glamping, Arena Grand Kažela Campsite or Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld which allows clients to become members of Arena Rewards and existing members to manage their profile. The interface functionalities include:
- editing personal information and interests
- viewing special offers & deals
- checking friend referral status
- checking room night balance
When is my membership activated?
Whatever the way chosen to join Arena Rewards (via Arena Rewards member interface, via phone or at the reception of the participating property), membership is activated only after receiving and activating the activation link sent to client by e-mail after he/she fills out the mandatory fields in the application form.
Is it free to join Arena Rewards?
Yes, membership is free.
How can I cancel my membership?
A member can cancel the membership anytime and without a specific reason by sending a cancellation notice to the email address: [email protected]
How do I collect room nights?
Members collect room nights:
- for every overnight stay in one of the participating properties, only if booked directly via AHG’s official websites (Arena Hotels, Arena Campsites, Arena One 99 Glamping, Arena Grand Kažela Campsite or Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld), AHG’s Contact Centre and/or directly at the reception of the participating properties (excluding properties marked with “*” under the subtitle “Participating Properties” presented in Arena Rewards Terms & Conditions)
- for every friend referral, member collects additional 2 room nights
- depending on the number of room nights collected, members are assigned a level which allows them to enjoy specific program benefits per that level.
Do my collected room nights ever expire?
Room nights are cumulative, but members who have been inactive for more than 3 years will automatically be downgraded to Membership Level 1 - Light. Members can check their status anytime by logging in to Arena Rewards members interface.
Do I get a physical membership card?
No, Arena Rewards is based on virtual cards.
What Refer a Friend Bonus?
Refer a Friend is an additional way of collecting nights. For each referral, the member collects two additional nights. If an existing member refers a friend to join Arena Rewards and make a booking directly via AHG official websites via (Arena Hotels, Arena Campsites, Arena One 99 Glamping, Arena Grand Kažela Campsite or Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld), the referring member receives two additional nights with the status “pending”, visible in the user interface. After successful registration and activation, each member receives a virtual membership card via e‑mail. The membership number is visible in the user interface. The member may copy and share the membership number with a friend. When completing the application, the new client can enter the referrer’s membership number and thus become a referred member.
Once the referred member completes their first night, the referrer’s two “pending” nights are added to the total number of collected nights.

TERMS OF USE – General Information
Arena Rewards is the loyalty program of the Arena Hospitality Group (Arena Hospitality Group d.d., Smareglina 3, 52100 Pula, VAT number: 47625429199; hereinafter: AHG), in which members receive instant rewards depending on the number of nights spent in participating properties.
AHG is the owner of the Arena Rewards brand and, as such, holds the copyright to the loyalty program. AHG is also the owner of the properties participating in the loyalty program.
AHG is responsible for ensuring and providing the program reward to each member according to their membership level.

Definitions
- Client: a natural person who is not yet a member of the Arena Rewards loyalty program and has not accepted the Terms of Use, but meets all conditions to become one.
- Member: a person who has joined the Arena Rewards loyalty program, accepted the Terms of Use, and is entitled to the program benefits depending on their membership level.
- Stay: the period between check‑in and check‑out at a property participating in the Arena Rewards loyalty program.
- Night (Room night): the unit value obtained by a member’s overnight stay in one of the properties participating in the Arena Rewards loyalty program, which can be exchanged for Arena Rewards program benefits.
- Membership level 1 – Light: the first membership level, from the moment of joining and accepting the Terms of Use up to 9 collected nights; valid for 3 years from the last check‑out at any participating property.
- Membership level 2 – Silver: the second membership level, from 10 to 30 collected nights; valid for 3 years from the last check‑out at any participating property.
- Membership level 3 – Gold: the third membership level, from 31 to 60 collected nights; valid for 3 years from the last check‑out at any participating property.
- Membership level 4 – Platinum: the fourth membership level, with more than 61 collected nights; valid for 3 years from the last check‑out at any participating property.
- Arena Rewards virtual card: a virtual card containing the unique Arena Rewards membership number assigned to the client after membership activation, serving as proof of membership. The card is non‑transferable.
Arena Rewards user interface accessible via Arena Hotels, Arena Campsites, Arena One 99 Glamping, Arena Grand Kažela Campsite or Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeldenabling clients to become Arena Rewards members and existing members to manage their profile. User interface functions include:
- editing personal data and interests
- viewing stay history and upcoming stays
- viewing special offers
- checking the status of “refer a friend”
- checking the number of collected nights
Becoming and Being a Member
Any natural person over the age of 18 who has an e‑mail address may join the Arena Rewards loyalty program in the following ways:
- by completing all mandatory fields in the application form within the Arena Rewards user interface
- via the Arena Hospitality Group contact centre (telephone: +385 52 529 400 or +385 52 600 600)
- at the reception of a participating property (excluding properties marked with “*” under “Participating properties”) by completing all mandatory fields in the application form and signing it personally
Mandatory fields:
- first name
- last name
- e‑mail address
- city
- country
- date of birth
- interests
Regardless of the method chosen to join the Arena Rewards loyalty program (via the Arena Rewards user interface, by telephone or at the reception of a participating property), the membership is activated only after receiving and activating the activation e‑mail sent to the client following the completion of all mandatory fields in the application form. It is necessary to complete all mandatory fields in the application form and to activate the membership.
If personal data submitted in the application form are incorrect or incomplete, the member will not be able to use the benefits provided by the Arena Rewards loyalty program.
Membership in Arena Rewards is free of charge.
A member may cancel their membership at any time and without justification by sending a cancellation notice to: [email protected]
Membership is individual, meaning that the member cannot collect nights by booking additional accommodation units for friends or family; nights are collected only for stays during which the member, as the booking holder, is present.
If two or more members share one accommodation unit, only the booking holder collects nights.
Collected nights are cumulative, but members who have been inactive for more than 3 years will automatically be transferred to membership level 1 – Light.
Any fraudulent use of Arena Rewards membership will result in immediate termination.
COLLECTING NIGHTS
Members collect room nights:
- for each overnight stay in any property participating in the loyalty program, exclusively if the reservation is made directly via AHG official websites (Arena Hotels, Arena Campsites, Arena One 99 Glamping, Arena Grand Kažela Campsite or Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld), via the AHG Contact Centre and/or directly at the reception of a participating property (excluding properties marked with “*” under “Participating properties”)
- for each “Refer a Friend” action, the member collects two additional nights. If an existing member refers a friend to join Arena Rewards and make a booking directly through AHG official websites (Arena Hotels, Arena Campsites, Arena One 99 Glamping, Arena Grand Kažela Campsite or Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld), the referring member receives two additional nights with the status “pending”, visible in the user interface. - reservations made via the Arena Hospitality Group Contact Centre (by e‑mail and/or telephone)
- reservations made directly at the reception of a participating property (excluding properties marked with “*”)
To collect eligible nights, the member must identify themselves during the booking process as follows:
- for direct online bookings: by logging into Arena Rewards with the member’s e‑mail address and proceeding with the reservation
- for bookings via the Contact Centre: by providing the membership number and/or the e‑mail address
- for bookings made at the reception of a participating property (excluding “*”): by presenting the digital loyalty card with QR code
Stays that do NOT qualify for collecting nights:
- booked through online travel agencies
- booked through tour operators
- booked through online sales portals
- flat‑rate guests in Arena Campsites
- guests staying on flat‑rate parcels
- bookings made using special reservation codes issued by AHG
Members may book more than one accommodation unit and use the applicable membership discount (depending on their level) for the entire reservation.
All other benefits based on membership level are individual and may be used only by the booking holder.
If two or more members share one accommodation unit, only the booking holder collects nights.
Nights are collected only while the booking holder is physically present during the stay.
If the member reaches the next membership level when making a new reservation, benefits of the new level apply only during the next stay, starting 24 hours after the last check‑out.
Collected nights are updated within 24 hours after check‑out and are visible in the Arena Rewards user interface.
In case of cancellation or no‑show, the number of collected nights remains unchanged.

“100 EUR” Stay Reward - Guests who stay 21 nights or more within one calendar year in AHG hotels participating in Arena Rewards are entitled to a €100 reward.
The reward may be used exclusively as a credit for accommodation costs in the following year in any AHG hotel within the Arena Rewards program.
It cannot be transferred to other users nor exchanged for cash or any other service or value.
CHANGES TO THE ARENA REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES
AHG reserves the right to amend the Arena Rewards loyalty program rules as well as the terms of participation in the Arena Rewards loyalty program at any time. In such cases, AHG will take into account the interests of the loyalty program members and will inform them of all changes related to the loyalty program via e‑mail.
AHG reserves the right to discontinue the Arena Rewards loyalty program.
All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure that members are informed in a timely manner about any changes or discontinuation of the loyalty program. AHG will not be liable for any losses or damages that may arise as a result of the aforementioned changes. The discontinuation or amendment of the loyalty program does not constitute grounds for members to claim compensation.
Upon discontinuation of the loyalty program, membership in the program automatically terminates.
Any disputes between AHG and a member regarding the implementation of the loyalty program or the provisions and application of these Rules will be resolved amicably.
Failing that, Croatian law applies and disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of AHG.
Personal Data Protection
Controller
Arena Hospitality Group d.d., Smareglina 3, 52100 Pula (“AHG”), VAT: 47625429199, in its capacity as controller, processes your personal data within the Arena Rewards loyalty program.
Personal data is collected for the business purposes of AHG, i.e., for the implementation of the Arena Rewards loyalty program through which the guests of Arena Hospitality Group accommodation facilities in Croatia and Austria are rewarded.
Registration in the loyalty program
Entry into the Arena Rewards program is based solely on your consent, in the following ways:
- by completing all mandatory fields in the application form in the Arena Rewards user interface
- via the AHG Contact Centre (+385 52 529 400 or +385 52 600 600)
- at the reception of a participating property (excluding properties marked “*” under “Participating properties”) by completing all mandatory fields in the application form and signing it personally.
Personal data collected (mandatory for joining the program):
- first name
- last name
- e‑mail address
- city
- country
- date of birth
- interests
Data relating to first name, last name and e‑mail address are processed by AHG based on its legitimate interest for the purposes of direct marketing, namely informing you of special offers (discounts, etc.), news, amendments to the program rules, and providing valuable content via e‑mail. You may object at any time and free of charge to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent related to such marketing. In such cases your data will no longer be processed for this purpose.
If you no longer wish to receive such content by e‑mail, you may contact: [email protected], or click the unsubscribe link included in every marketing e‑mail (newsletter) sent to you by AHG.
AHG de‑personalises the provided data (gender, city, country) and may use them for statistical purposes.
By joining the loyalty program, you may grant AHG explicit consent to process the aforementioned data and additional optional data — telephone number and mobile number. In that case, AHG processes such data for further profiling and to inform you by e‑mail about personalised content (special promotions related to points/nights, special offers, special discounts, special events, etc.). If you no longer wish AHG to inform you about personalised content and to have your data processed for profiling to the extent related to such direct marketing, you may withdraw consent at any time and free of charge by e‑mailing [email protected], or by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in each personalised e‑mail sent to you by AHG. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you have not given or have withdrawn such consent, you will receive only general messages that are not selected based on your individual interests.
AHG may use de‑personalised data for statistical purposes.
To complete registration and join the Arena Rewards loyalty program, you must confirm the activation e‑mail that will be sent to your e‑mail address.
With whom we share your data
Retention period
Personal data are stored for the entire duration of your participation in the Arena Rewards loyalty program.
Upon termination of membership or discontinuation of the program, if it is not replaced by a new one, personal data and other data related to membership are deleted, unless they must be stored for a certain period under applicable regulations; in that case, the data will no longer be processed for other purposes.
Your rights
At any time, you have the right to request from AHG in writing: access to personal data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.
If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb (more at www.azop.hr).
